Can I get the deets on your jewelries?

Our jewelry ranges from 14K - 18K gold plated and gold filled.

All of our jewelries are tarnish resistant but do expect some normal tarnishing through everyday wear or improper care. With all orders, you will receive a care card on how to properly care for your beautiful pieces to prolong its shine and keep it long lasting. 

Our jewelries are all hypoallergic, nickel-free AND water friendly but please wipe them down after use to retain a longer shine to them.

Will you be able to make any adjustments to your jewelries or custom make a piece?

Why does my jewelry look different from your picture?

Not all our handmade jewelries will be the same. Please do expect some imperfections due to it being handmade.

Also we like using natural stones in our handmade pieces, please expect the stones to be varied slightly in shape, shades, sizes and/or having natural inclusions.

Will you restock sold out handmade pieces?

Our handmade pieces are all limited. Once we sold out, there is a chance that we will not restock due to limited material resources. If you are really interested, please send us a message.

Will you be offering your jewelry in silver?

Where are you located?

All orders are made, inspected and shipped out from Georgia.

How long is your processing time?

2-3 business days

We know how it feels like to wait for packages to get shipped out, so we will try to ship out as soon as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Typically shipping estimation would be around 3-8 business days but please understand that once your order has been dropped off then it is out of our control on when you will receive your package. Refer back to our shipping page for more information.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking will be sent to you via email.

What if I inputted the wrong address?

Please message us as soon as possible to get it corrected. Once your order have left our premises, there is nothing we can do.

Do you ship internationally?

How do I return an item?

What do I do if my item arrived damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Can I make exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
